Overview

Lifelyne is designed with your privacy as a priority. All data you enter into the app is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or share your personal information with any third parties or external servers.

Data We Access

Location

Lifelyne accesses your device's location to find the nearest hospital and to include your coordinates in emergency SMS messages sent to your emergency contacts. Location data is never stored on external servers and is never shared with anyone other than the contacts you have chosen within the app.

Contacts

Lifelyne requests access to your contacts solely to allow you to quickly add emergency contacts within the app. Your contact data is stored only on your device and is never uploaded or shared externally.

Photos

Lifelyne accesses your photo library only if you choose to add a photo to a care profile. Photos are stored locally on your device only.

Microphone & Speech Recognition

Lifelyne may use your microphone and speech recognition to enable voice navigation through emergency guides. Audio is processed on-device and is not recorded or transmitted.

Data Storage

All data including care profiles, emergency contacts, medical information, and photos is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's secure on-device storage. Nothing is backed up to our servers because we do not operate any servers.

Third Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with any third parties, advertisers, or external services.

Children's Privacy

Lifelyne does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.
